100mm PIR Insulation Board – 2400mm x 1200mm

This 100mm PIR insulation board, supplied in a standard 2400mm × 1200mm sheet size, is designed as a versatile, high-performance solution for a wide range of building applications. Lightweight and easy to cut or shape, it is suitable for use in pitched roof build-ups, framed wall systems, and floor constructions. The board delivers strong thermal efficiency thanks to a declared thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK and features a multi-layer, low-emissivity aluminium foil facing on both sides to help further reduce heat loss. With a compressive strength above 140kPa, it provides durable, long-term support in structural insulation layers. Manufactured using a blowing agent with zero ozone depletion potential and low global warming potential, the board is produced with environmental responsibility in mind. It is certified by the BBA, carries CE marking, and is manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards. Its fire performance includes Class 1 surface spread of flame (BS 476 Part 7) and a Euroclass F rating under BS EN 13501-1. The board’s thermal resistance, moisture resistance, and easy handling make it an adaptable choice for both residential and commercial construction.
